Count it All Joy Community Outreach (CIAJCO) is a fast growing nonprofit organization working to provide hunger relief to Houston’s underserved communities. We provide a range of services, including food distribution to low-income seniors and community meals every quarter.

Following God’s will and purpose for our lives, we count it all joy, by meeting needs and transforming lives in our community.

Vision
While we uphold our seniors and children on their journey of aging, our vision is to meet the basic needs of families in the community and transform lives. Our outreach is committed to serving seniors as well as low-income families by providing them with healthy alternatives to eating with a focus on healthy foods and fresh produce.

Statement from Kenneth
I started serving the community at a early age. My parents were my first example of serving. They fed the community, at meetings on the job, as well as at church. At a young age my siblings and I were always taught it is more blessed to give than to receive. I have friends that ask me “Why do you do what you do?” I tell them: "How can I ask for a blessing if I don't give a blessing?”.

Our love for JESUS and why he came to Earth convicted our hearts and spirit. GOD sent his Only Son JESUS to save HIS people and show us the straight and narrow way. We commit ourselves to serving any and everyone with a special focus on the poor, the working poor, the needy, and the less fortunate.

Our Background
In 2018 a friend/brother-in-Christ Jeff Murrah introduced us to another brother-in-Christ who had just moved to Houston, Pastor George Gee, who previously had a Church in Florida. He also ministered to and fed the homeless and sadly in most cases the forgotten.
We were compelled to go every Sunday morning downtown Houston to serve and minister to the homeless. We got to know many of them personally as they shared their life stories and how they got to be where we found them.

We were also able to share joyous occasions with them when they sought and gained employment or were granted housing. We were elated to see their excitement and hope!

Our work inspired us to continue serving those in need, especially senior citizens.
